Madison Racquet & Swim Club Front Desk Representative Madison Racquet & Swim Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The front desk is the first point of contact for our members and guests, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can provide excellent customer service in a busy club environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, communicates well, can handle several responsibilities at once, and—most importantly—can stay focused, follow through on tasks, and complete work accurately with minimal errors .

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Court Reserve Is a must Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones and assist with member questions Handle program registrations, court reservations, and payments Use our computer and club-management systems Respond to emails and communicate information accurately Handle multiple tasks while keeping priorities organized Stay on task with limited supervision Maintain accurate records and minimize mistakes Communicate effectively with coaches, staff, members, and parents Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Dependable, punctual, positive, and professional Previous customer-service or front-desk experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person Madison Racquet & Swim Club Better Players Through Better Coaches madisonracquet.com | mrsc@madisonracquet.com | (203) 245-9444
