Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant data
- Assist with night security procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and the property
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that this position requires working overnight shifts.
