Job Description

Duties:
  • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
  • Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant data
  • Assist with night security procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and the property
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that this position requires working overnight shifts.
