This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a passion for interacting and building rapport with members. Currently looking for individuals looking to do 5am morning shifts ONLY. Duties Greet members and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently Update guest information in Mindbody. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times. Conduct tours of facility. Make protein shakes with the provided ingredients and recipes. Assist with office management tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Strong computer literacy. Comfortable answering phone calls. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
