Overview:

Provide friendly, efficient front‑of‑house support—handling tickets, skate rentals, guest inquiries, and café service—while embracing rink culture to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.

Core Duties:

Greet guests, process admissions and rentals. Take and prepare café and grab‑and‑go orders. Operate POS and handle transactions. Maintain clean, organized lobby, rental, and café areas. Enforce safety and hygiene standards. Assist guests with questions and resolve basic issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Customer‑service or F&B experience. Comfortable with cash/POS. Food Handler's permit or willing to obtain. Appreciation for rink culture and community. Willingness to learn skate shop operations or prior skate shop experience. Availability nights, weekends, holidays.

Launched in the Summer of 2025, Wings Arena is one of the premier ice rinks in the Northeast by offering exceptional ice quality, outstanding customer service, and a superior guest experience in a clean, modern facility. Our two‑story facility features a 300‑seat capacity with two viewing areas, an off‑ice training room with synthetic ice, and a dedicated video room for skill development.
