Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and front desk interactions Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly with customer service problem-solving skills Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests, complaints, or emergencies professionally, following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, bookings, and incident reports to support smooth hotel operations Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred, especially within resort or hotel environments with night audit responsibilities Proficiency in hospitality management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for communicating effectively with diverse guests Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong communication skills over the phone and in person Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction at all times Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on guest services and problem-solving skills Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hospitality operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, clear communication, and a passion for hospitality. Pay:
$18.00 - $18.25 per hour
