Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Team Player who works well with others and holds Customer Service to a high standard! Experience is good, but we are willing to train
Requirements:
  • Must be flexible to work evening shift 3pm to 11pm
  • Weekends and Holidays are mandatory
  • Excellent communication / customer service skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Windows

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process reservations for guests via phone & online requests
  • Communicate effectively with all departments including housekeeping & maintenance
  • Provide Top Quality Service to guests resulting in an excellent guest experience
  • Checking guests in/out of the hotel
