Southern Sands Signature RV Resort, part of Zeman Homes, is looking for a seasonal full-time Guest Experience Assistant. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service to resort guests. Primary duties include assisting guests with reservations, answering guests' questions, and coordinating services with other departments. This is a fast-pace position that requires the candidate to be flexible and energetic while working with the resort guests. The position is a full-time, seasonal position with a start date around October 15 and an anticipated end date of April 15, 2027. The position works Tuesday - Saturday, and it requires some holiday shifts and possible overtime. Essential Job Duties Assists guests with current and future reservations and departures. Process payments. Supports resort guests by answering questions, and educating guests about resort rules, amenities and events. Addresses housekeeping and maintenance requests. Handles guest mail and packages. Helps with the preparation of resident events. Attends assigned events. Requirements Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Ability to follow instructions from management. Good problem solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
