Job Overview Clermont Salsa & Ballroom is seeking a warm, outgoing, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team! We're a family-owned dance studio that has been teaching for over 20 years and recently opened our new location in Clermont. We pride ourselves on creating a premium, welcoming experience where every student feels like family. Schedule Part-time Monday-Thursday 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Pay Starting at $15/hour Performance bonuses available based on membership sales goals Responsibilities Welcome students and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer phone calls, texts, and social media inquiries. Check students in and process payments. Explain class schedules, memberships, and introductory offers. Enroll new members and schedule private lessons. Follow up with prospective students. Keep the front desk and studio, organized, clean, and inviting. Support studio events and daily administrative tasks. Help supervise children before, during, and after kids' classes, ensuring a safe, positive, and welcoming environment. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people. Someone who enjoys hosting, talking with guests, making people feel comfortable, and creating an exceptional first impression.
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with people Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software A self-starter who takes initiative Professional, positive, and eager to help Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Dance experience is a bonus but not required If you enjoy building relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a fun, positive team, we'd love to hear from you!
