Position Overview We're looking for reliable, high-energy team members who take pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression Process transactions accurately and efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Support and execute birthday parties and private events Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play environment at all times Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Comfortable engaging with children and families Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods Availability for afternoons and weekends (required) Schedule Part-time 5-6 hour shifts Weekdays, weekends, and day shifts as needed Compensation & Perks Flexible scheduling Bonus and commission opportunities (During Parties) Tips Location Requirement Must be able to reliably commute to Davie, FL 33314.
