Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.

Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.

Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.

Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.

Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.

Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.

Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Computer experience preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
