We combine luxury, warmth and attention to detail to create a beautiful experience for every guest. Our team values grace, organization, and genuine hospitality and we are looking for a founding Front Desk Coordinator to grow with us from the start. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the heart of our daily operations, welcoming guests, managing bookings, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining the salons retail and supply systems. The position offers growth inept a leadership or salon manager role as we expand the brand Ideal Candidate has experience in salon ,spa or boutique hospitality. Exceptional communication and multitasking skills. Highly organized, polished, and proactive. Vietnamese/ English Bilingual preferred. Schedule is full time flexible, 5-6 day coverage across our 7 day schedule, Typical hours 10am-7pm (Mon-sat) 11-5 (sun)
