The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for all guests. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each day. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficiency in hospitality management software is an advantage. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment are essential.
