Job Description
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently using OPERA cloud; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information. Provide the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner by following the company standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
