In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines in a fast-paced environment Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a high level of satisfaction Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively Previous hotel experience, especially in resort settings, is desirable but not required—training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems is beneficial Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and professionally This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
