Reservations Manager

Overview The Reservations Manager plays a crucial role on the Front Desk Team by representing the management team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task, be a team player on the front desk team, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that all guests receive personalized attention from the moment they inquire about accommodations until their departure. Must be available weekends and early evenings. Duties Make reservations, ensuring efficient operation and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the front desk team to handle guest inquiries and bookings via phone systems and online platforms. Maintaining excellent service standards. Handle cash. Master opening and closing procedures. Maintain overall cleanliness of spa, including in-house laundry. Skills Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests. Proven experience in guest services within a hospitality setting. Leadership experience preferred Familiarity with booking systems. Ability to work collaboratively with front desk staff and back of house staff to enhance overall guest experience.
