Front Desk Agent Holiday Inn Orlando SW - Celebration Area | Orlando, FL Holiday Inn Orlando SW - Celebration Area is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide efficient check-in/check-out service Manage reservations and process payments using hotel systems (Opera preferred) Answer multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Perform night audit duties when scheduled

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and guest service skills Bilingual abilities are a plus Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
