Job Overview :

This is an entry level position with full training. We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Guest Service Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Service Specialist, you will be responsible for enrolling our guests into the IHG One Rewards Program and providing them the necessary information on how to utilize their new membership while providing exceptional service. As a 2024 & 2025 IHG Torch Bearing Award winning hotel, ensuring our guest's satisfaction throughout the duration of their stay is paramount. From the moment they enter until the time they leave, we want to treat our guests with all the courtesy and respect they deserve. Responsibilities:

• Providing information and enrolling guests into the IHG One Rewards Program.
• Assisting guests with their arrival and departure processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process folios and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the guest's stay
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure every guest's needs are met
• Effectively communicating information with your coworkers
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Providing frequent security and cleanliness checks to ensure the hotel is at optimal level at all times
