Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to support diverse guest needs and enhance guest relations across our hotel property. Sign on bonus for qualified candidates. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately using front desk systems Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate reservations Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience Address guest requests, complaints, or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Bilingual proficiency is a plus Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Previous experience in hotel environments is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights if necessary, in a fast-paced setting Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hospitality standards
