Decades Kava Social Lounge is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused Kavatender to become part of our team! We're not your typical bar. Decades combines nostalgic music, specialty beverages, entertainment, and a welcoming social atmosphere where guests become friends and friends become family. We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job but wants to help build something special. Your Responsibilities Deliver enthusiastic, attentive, and memorable guest service. Prepare and serve kava, botanical teas, mocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages. Prepare food and maintain excellent presentation standards. Learn our products and confidently explain menu options. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout every shift. Operate our Clover POS system accurately. Follow age-verification, food-safety, and operational procedures. Assist with lounge events, promotions, and guest engagement. Complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties.
