Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, handling reservations, billing, and special requests Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges and balancing financial transactions accurately Respond to guest needs and concerns promptly, resolving issues with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, financial transactions, incidents, and other relevant activities to ensure seamless communication between shifts Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, front desk operations, and hotel safety protocols Ability to work day shift, night shift and overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
