Location:
Trump National Doral Key Responsibilities Elite Guest Service:
Greet all guests entering or exiting the hotel and parking garage, consistently displaying 5-star/5-diamond service standards.
Parking Operations:
Safely and efficiently move vehicles to and from the garage upon guest request.
Financial Technology:
Collect valet parking fees utilizing our latest property management and parking software technology.
Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and "with a smile" to assist guests with inquiries.
Qualifications Essential Requirements Hospitality Mindset:
Genuine ability to smile, acknowledge, greet, and extend a warm welcome to every customer.
Professional Image:
Highly professional appearance, demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining excellent personal grooming and workplace cleanliness.
Communication:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in written and oral forms.
Experience :
Previous experience in Customer Service and/or in the hospitality industry is a big plus. Physical & Operational Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 to 8 hours, excluding breaks).
Environmental Adaptability:
Ability to work comfortably outdoors and withstand extreme weather/temperatures. Ability to manually calculate parking rates offhand without the assistance of a calculator or fee computer.
Guest Communication:
Ability to answer the telephone clearly to provide directions, record ticket numbers, and deliver overall excellent customer service.
