  • Residential Condominium We are currently hiring professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Concierges to join our residential condominium team.
The Front Desk Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors. This position requires excellent customer service, communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. All shifts are currently available , including morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts. Job Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service and assist residents with general questions and requests. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Verify visitors and follow established guest-entry procedures. Maintain visitor, vendor, and contractor logs. Assist with package and delivery procedures according to property policies. Communicate resident requests and concerns to management or the appropriate department. Monitor the front desk, lobby, entrances, and designated common areas. Coordinate with security, maintenance, management, and other property staff as needed. Maintain accurate daily activity logs and document incidents or unusual situations. Assist with emergency procedures and notify the appropriate personnel when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Protect resident privacy and confidential information. Follow all condominium policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous front desk, concierge, condominium, hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers, phones, email, and basic office systems. Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and calmly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Available Shifts All shifts are available: Morning Afternoon / Evening Overnight Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on scheduling needs.
