In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth office management. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a professional and lively environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Support office management tasks such as inventory control, and supply ordering. Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails via Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and supporting customer service inquiries Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and professionally in person or over the phone Experience Previous front desk experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in busy environments such as hotels. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is highly desirable Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
