Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression onboard the cruise ship Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies Maintain knowledge of ship activities, services, and amenities to assist guests with their needs Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and crew members Perform other duties as assigned by the
Front Desk Manager Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
