Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role is crucial in maintaining guest satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with visitors. Must have flexible schedule. Weekends and Holidays are required. Duties This shift is mainly 3pm-11pm. Days may vary. Weekend and Holidays required. Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain professionalism. Providing our guest with excellent service. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Proficient in front desk operations, including familiarity with night audit processes. Knowledge of Windows operating system. Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
