Front Desk & Club Associate - South Florida About the Role We're a fast-growing padel club in Miramar, FL looking for an energetic and people-first Front Desk Associate to be the face of our club. You're the first person members see when they walk in and the last impression they leave with — so personality matters as much as competence. This isn't a passive check-in role — you'll be keeping daily operations running smoothly while making sure every member and guest feels taken care of, whether that's getting them on the court or making sure they're enjoying something from our cafeteria. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude and create an experience that keeps them coming back Handle court reservations, scheduling, and walk-in inquiries efficiently through Playtomic Proactively offer food and drinks from our cafeteria to members and guests — making sure everyone is comfortable and attended to throughout their visit Process payments, manage transactions, and ensure accurate billing and collections — following up on outstanding balances when needed Promote upcoming tournaments, clinics, and special events to members in person, via WhatsApp, and over the phone Keep the padel courts, front desk, lobby, cafeteria area, and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming Assist coaches and staff with day-to-day coordination and communication Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset What We're Looking For Outgoing, high-energy personality — you light up a room and make people feel at home immediately Warm and attentive hospitality instincts — you notice when someone needs something before they ask Ability to handle payment collection and basic cash/POS transactions accurately and confidently Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish — bilingual is a major plus in our community Familiarity with padel or racket sports preferred — knowing the game helps you connect with members Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy court hours Reliable, punctual, and professional — members and coaches depend on you Comfortable using technology for court reservations and booking management, as well as WhatsApp and basic scheduling software Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness clubs, or food & beverage is a plus Why Join Us Be a core part of one of South Florida's most exciting and fastest-growing sports communities Flexible scheduling — mornings, evenings, and weekends available A fun, active work environment where no two days are the same
