Front Desk Agent

## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with reservations, room bookings, and changes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous
