Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, bus passes, and much more. Essential Job Functions Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately. Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities. Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information. Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management. Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards. Full-time hours available (at least 32 hours per week). Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
