  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Full Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic hotel. The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Candidates with hospitality experience, multilingual skills, and strong customer service abilities are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently to address guest needs and reservations Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, room assignments, and reporting during night audit shifts if applicable Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies Requirements Previous experience in , front desk operations, or guest services preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable Ability to work weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday shifts during peak hours Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a resort or hotel environment Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous hotel experience or night audit experience is advantageous but not mandatory This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
