Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing details during night audits or shift changes. Assist with hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety and effective communication during incidents or evacuations. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering loyalty and positive reviews. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of hotel management procedures, including night audit processes and emergency protocols. Excellent phone communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional client interaction. Previous hotel experience is preferred; resort experience is a plus.
