Conduct Background Check Position Summary:
Our Guest Service Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll provide exceptional service, assist with inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience.
Duties:
Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries. Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions. Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience. Greet Guests in a friendly manner and assist with directions and general inquiries. Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas. Assist with merchandising functions as needed. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas. Operate POS system and registers accurately. Ensure accuracy in transactions. Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills. Excellent multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling. 1 year experience. Work Environment /
Physical Demands:
Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
