Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain front desk operations, including answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and managing phone systems. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality management practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services. Experience with front desk operations or night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
