Job Description
Coastline Vacation Rentals is a locally owned vacation rental management company serving Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, St. Joe Beach, Indian Pass, and Mexico Beach. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing office team. As our Guest Services & Reservations Coordinator , you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating an exceptional vacation experience from booking through check-out. Primary Responsibilities Manage reservations using our property management software, Guesty . Assist guests with booking vacation rentals by phone, email, text, and online inquiries. Respond promptly to guest questions before, during, and after their stay. Process new reservations, payments, modifications, and cancellations. Become knowledgeable about our vacation homes, amenities, locations, and company policies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams to ensure homes are guest-ready. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Monitor incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and guest messaging platforms. Maintain accurate reservation and guest records within Guesty. Provide outstanding customer service while representing Coastline Vacation Rentals professionally. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Experience with Guesty or another vacation rental property management system is a plus, but not required. Hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player. Knowledge of the Forgotten Coast area is a plus. Schedule Full-time Some weekends and holidays may be required during peak seasons. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional appearance and communication skills.
