Job Description
Part-Time Hospitality Associate - Port St. Joe, FL Panhandle Getaways is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented local to join our team in Port St. Joe! This is not your typical desk job. In this part-time role, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences at our vintage boutique motel, The Pink Flamingo, while supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests. Position Details Part-Time Shifts available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Weekend and holiday availability may be required What You'll Do Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality Support housekeeping and cleaning duties Assist with laundry operations and linen management Help manage and promote sales in the motel's general store Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for guests Work closely with team members to ensure a positive guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hospitality, retail, housekeeping, or customer service experience is a plus Local only Why Join Us?
