What You'll Do:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously Manage room reservations, payments, and guest accounts using our property management system Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services

What We're Looking For:

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude and passion for guest service
