Sirata Beach Resort, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Job Overview Sirata Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable experiences throughout each stay. The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality. Previous Hilton experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong customer-service skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Recognize Hilton Honors members and provide the appropriate benefits based on membership level. Promote and enroll eligible guests in the Hilton Honors program. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. Take ownership of guest concerns and work toward timely and appropriate resolutions. Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservations, room assignments, and payment information in the hotel management system. Process payments, deposits, refunds, and guest folio adjustments according to established procedures. Provide accurate information regarding hotel accommodations, amenities, dining options, promotions, resort activities, and local attractions. Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Use appropriate upselling techniques to promote upgraded accommodations, hotel services, and amenities. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Reservations, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Maintain guest privacy and follow all hotel security, cash-handling, and credit-card procedures. Complete assigned checklists, shift reports, and front-office duties accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment. Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office leadership. Qualifications Previous Hilton or Hilton-branded hotel experience is preferred. Previous hotel front desk, guest service, or customer service experience is preferred. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of guest concerns. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced resort environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems; experience with Hilton systems is a plus. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Dependable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods during the scheduled shift. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
