What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) You'll be the first impression of our shop and a key part of keeping everything running smoothly. Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience Answer phones and direct calls efficiently Assist with check-ins and basic vehicle/customer info Support Service Advisors with Repair Orders in Tekmetric Help keep the front counter clean, organized, and calm Coordinate rides, pickups, and client needs Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-ups Help track vehicles and maintain shop flow What We're Looking For Friendly, positive personality Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player mindset
