Welcome to Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work at a beautiful beachfront resort on Sanibel Island? Look no further! Casa Ybel Resort is currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to our resort and provide them with information about Sanibel Island and all it has to offer Check guests in and out, process payments, and answer any questions they may have Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Assist guests with booking activities, dining reservations, and other requests Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of Sanibel Island and the surrounding area Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love Sanibel Island as much as we do, we want to hear from you!
