Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bar Lead and Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality operation! This dual role combines the vibrant energy of managing bar services with the professionalism of front desk guest relations. You will oversee bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a lively atmosphere, while also providing seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, multitasking skills, and hospitality expertise will create memorable stays and enjoyable social environments for all visitors. Responsibilities Lead the bar team to deliver outstanding beverage service, including cocktail preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a lively yet safe environment. Manage bar operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies. Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk, efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations, inquiries, or directions. Coordinate with hotel management on guest needs, room assignments, and emergency procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and incident reports while adhering to hotel policies and emergency protocols. Foster guest relations through attentive service, multilingual communication skills (bilingual or multilingual preferred), and proactive problem-solving to exceed expectations. Experience 1 year of bartending experience required. Bar inventory experience preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is highly desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking across front desk duties and bar management. Multilingual abilities (bilingual or multilingual) are a plus to connect with diverse guests effectively.
