Front Counter Associate responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression Engaging with guests and making them feel valued and comfortable Accurately taking guest orders and answering questions about menu items Operating the point-of-sale system and processing cash, credit, and other payments accurately Ensuring orders are prepared and presented accurately Communicating effectively with kitchen and team members to provide a seamless guest experience Offering assistance or recommendations to enhance the guest experience Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing questions or concerns Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and guest area Working efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Thanking guests for choosing FMK and inviting them to return FMK is committed to supporting our employees' learning, growth, and career advancement.
