Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing prompt resolutions Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to support smooth hotel operations Maintaining and light cleaning of the lobby and breakfast areas are required. Qualifications Proven
EXPERIENCE
in front desk roles within hotels or resorts Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable software tools Bilingual abilities are not neccessary but a plus to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Apply today to become an integral part of our welcoming team!
Pay:
