Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining exceptional guest relations. During overnight shifts, you'll oversee the hotel's financial transactions, perform detailed audits, and ensure the safety and security of our property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests returning time and again. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive customer service and addressing their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and reservations. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and financial records. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and managing access to the property during overnight hours. Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their stay. Document shift activities thoroughly through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational integrity. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; prior night audit experience is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guest populations. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail in financial audits. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is essential.
