As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. In this position, you will manage front desk operations, assist guests throughout their stay, and ensure exceptional hospitality while supporting daily hotel operations. Duties Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude during check-in and check-out. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using the hotel's property management system. Process payments, handle credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and any issues are resolved promptly. Assist guests with special requests, concerns, and service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate guest records and complete daily reports as required. Monitor lobby activity and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Promote hotel amenities, loyalty programs, and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Skills & Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus. Commitment to providing outstanding guest service and creating positive guest experiences.
