Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest questions and reservations promptly. Utilize hospitality reservation systems such as FOSSE or Property Management Systems (PMS) to update bookings, modify reservations, and ensure accuracy. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Handle guest requests, complaints, or issues with problem-solving agility to ensure satisfaction and resolution. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions, updating reports, and ensuring financial accuracy. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety during overnight hours. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software such as FOSSE or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems required. Experience working in resort environments or with hospitality reservation systems will be beneficial.
