Front Desk Agent

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our dual-brand Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites property. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing front desk operations during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; hotel system experience preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
