Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock! In this vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will keep our property running seamlessly while providing a warm, professional environment for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using OPERA or similar hotel management software to ensure billing accuracy and financial integrity Handle check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and early departures with precision and hospitality flair Respond swiftly to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine patrols of public areas, and following hotel emergency procedures Complete shift reports detailing nightly activities, incidents, and financial transactions to ensure seamless communication between shifts Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction Previous experience handling night audit responsibilities or working in a 24-hour hospitality setting is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay alert during overnight hours while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through energetic service, detailed attention to operational excellence, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
