Hotel Front Desk Agent Description:
Duties and Requirements:
Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Manage room reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests. Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Operate front desk systems, computers, and office equipment effectively. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Work flexible schedules, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
