Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Whether assisting with guest inquiries, coordinating services, or handling administrative tasks, your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Handle guest relations by resolving issues professionally and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies Conduct night audits as needed to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with professionalism in handling guest inquiries and reservations Strong understanding of guest services, resort operations, and hotel management principles Ability to manage night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork within a fast-paced environment Join us in creating welcoming atmospheres where every guest feels valued!
