Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Breakfast Attendant (On Call), where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences! In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth breakfast service every morning. Your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors. This on-call position offers flexibility, allowing you to contribute your hospitality skills whenever needed while gaining valuable experience in hotel management and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities Prepare and serve breakfast in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation excellence Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive guest relations Maintain front desk operations including handling guest complaints, processing payments, and updating reservation systems Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with guests and team members Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as logging guest feedback, updating records, and assisting with night audit procedures when required Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis, including early mornings for breakfast service or late evenings for guest check-ins Familiarity with guest relations practices and hospitality standards to enhance overall guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by joining our team!
