Job Description
Position Overview Holiday Inn Express Locust Grove is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service during check-in and check-out Answer telephone calls and assist guests with inquiries and requests Process reservations and room assignments Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with Opera PMS is a plus Previous experience with IHG-branded hotels is preferred but not required Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Part-Time and Full-Time positions available Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement within the IHG brand How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
